I would say as often as possible; however there are all different types of pics. I would say a lady should get at least 1 professional set done once or twice a year but fill in with fun flirty pics from a point and shoot as often as possible - show off new outfits, hairstyles, etc. While reputation is more important, I think the ladies who post new pics often are probably rewarded with more business. Okay, I understand a lot of you airbrush your face and tattoos but at least don't airbrush your love handles or use pictures when you were in your teens.
