It looks like the photos are her but the reviews are def fake.  Also they're written so that you don't have to be a VIP to get the gist.  Some reviewers just give you the opening...I doubt she's LE but she's certainly fishy enough to give a fake review, and apparently not creative enough to come up with different emails.

A simple google search of the phone number reveals two different ads for the same number a year apart on cityvibe.
