Hello again everyone,  

As I mentioned a few days ago, I hope to be seeing my first provider in a week or two. Pursuant to that, I will be taking the advice of many on this board and plan on becoming an RS2K member this week. My question is, once I fill out the RS2K form, what happens? Do I get a confirmation email? A phone call? I'm hoping it's the former as speech over the phone is difficult for me due to my disability.
