There are many ladies over 30. Maybe if you invested in a smart phone and a laptop and quit using the library to do your searches you would find us mature ladies on p411, ter, backpage and other sites.

and I get fucked WAY more than I did when I was 30. Very happily so! But most men I see anymore are men that I already know. I certainly do still take new clients and I still absolutely love the stranger thing but I dont need to aggressively advertise anymore ... if somebody wants to find me.. they do. So you could also be seeing similar situations of women who just don't advertise much anymore.

If they are on BP after 30, that's the only place they can find their clientele.  Any great provider over 30 has already built a clientele, has great word of mouth and most likely a website.

Stay off BP if you want quality over 30.  I can assure you that two BP 30+ experiences cost as much as one solid 30+ well-reviewed provider with a guaranteed better time.

Yes maybe, most use this line of employment for a stepping stone to advance ahead in life, but there are a lot of older providers, some are in the top 10's Providers List.   Where are you getting this census?  Lol

Just introudced at the age of 31

Every woman has their own reasons why they enter our world of eroticism and secret lives inside this amazing hobby & than some also have their reasoning's why they decide their provider days have come to an end.  
I am a very young 33 & have just been introduced to this side of life. (( I don't know why I waited so long)) I am not sure the real understanding for your thread but I do understand the questioning and curiosity. I have wondered this too at times. As I have also questioned why some woman even decided to get into this lifestyle. Because this is exactly that, A lifestyle for not everyone.
College bills, home bills, children and fast cash has been my answers I have came up with.  
Now, my reasoning on why I have chosen this lifestyle at the present time in my life is because I have been missing the connection two people have when connecting on a sexual level. My work & schooling have kept me non available for dating anyone so therefore, I get a lot of my personal needs met dabbling in the hobby. And I will admit, I have found pure bliss & found myself in so many different aspects/ways of my life. I have personally grown so much in the last year of this hobby & right now in my life, I believe I am here at the right time & for the right reasoning. As the saying goes, " to each is owns" & for me, I plan to be here for a little while. My travels (( touring)) haven't started as much as I would like them to but in due time when its meant to be I will find myself where I'm suppose to be at that moment.  

I hope my answer makes sense to you & I do hope you find what your in search of.. We all have needs we want met, & it may take longer for some.
