I seem to have done a lot better over the years at bars where you wouldn't expect to hook up, mainly because neither one of us was looking to.  The places you ask about are full of pretense and posing.  Everyone is there to be seen and so every move they make is second guessed for what people will say including talking freely to you.  The best bar is going to be the one you really feel comfortable at.  Because if you are comfortable and confident then you will stand a better chance of pulling.

Of course it was prearranged.  My hotel had a key elevator so Dodda suggested we meet in the lounge for a glass of wine before we slipped up to my room.

The hotel bar was very popular with the trendy crowd so I went down early to secure us a spot.
It was a pretty busy place when she arrived. I'll never forget when she entered the room. Dodda was wearing a tasteful but oh so sexy blck dress. Every head turned as she floated toward me. The bar keeps response [ for the first time ] was immediate. In fact the improvement of service was rather remarkable. ...lol  

We hadn't seen each other for over a year so we enjoyed slowly sipping our wine and catching up with one another. I assure you , every dude...hell , most of the women were stealing glances at her and drooling.

So if you are comfortable being seen with a gorgeous lady in a public setting a prearranged meeting is a great way to go. The anticipation of what is to follow is quite the aphrodisac.  But it really needs to be with a lady with the right kind of composure , savvy and attitude. Someone like Dodda.

However, I've enjoyed such encounters with other classy Chicago ladies like Giselle Parker & Audrey Davis.

Trying to score with a provider working a bar is really a very risky encounter. And rarely as satisfying than with a true courtesan like Dodda , Giselle or Audrey.
