I didn't see anything about it.  It is however based in the Netherlands so it makes sense.  Kind of stinks though.

Oh well.

When did TER switch to Euros for VIP Payment?

It is now 20 Euros or 50 Euros for payment of month or quarter.

That is an increase in price of 30% - I feel that this sucks.

I would like to know if this was ever posted.

Interesting.  That's new.  They've switched from CCBillEu to Toccata/SegPayEu,   This is probably going to screw up the VISA/MC giftcards people buy to cover membership.

It says I will be billed in dollars but  I wasn't sure if that was 50Euro converted to dollars or $50:

According to the T&C:

9. Currency Fluctuations

SegPay processes credit card transactions in US Dollars, Euros, and Great Brittan Pounds. The currency that your card will be authorized in will be clearly identified on the SegPay pay page. If you are using a card that is issued outside of these currencies, you potentially will be subject to additional fees from your issuing bank. SegPay is not liable to the Member for any additional fees imposed by your issuing bank.

always paid $20 a month or $50 for 3 months and that hasn't changed.
what I did notice is that I do not receive any email letting me know I have a pm on the TER anymore where I always was informed about pm's before.

The price is now going to be posted in Euros. They will bill your account in dollars, but 50 Euros = about $70. Please talk to the powers and let me know what they say. There has been no notification of the change.
