*Warning* The post is a girly one, so if you aren't into reading that kind of stuff, skip it. ;-)

So, for 2014 I decided that I am going to get myself to be the very best Jamie that I can be in every single way.

That includes getting my lazy butt off the couch and exercise! (Yes CG is exercise, but I think I need a tad more hehe) a
I even bought one of those work out programs off the TV. And I am doing it! :) I am also eating healthy. I am getting my hair done, nails, tanning, etc. And I feel great and confident.

I just wanted to open a discussion to see what other ladies to do keep themselves looking beautiful. Are you just blessed? Do you go to the gym? Have a trainer? Do videos? (like me)

Also - how do you feel about surgeries to change/enhance yourself? I haven't ever had any, and I dont think I ever would, but I'm interested in anyone who has.

If anyone doesn't feel like discussing this publicly but wants to share with me please feel free to PM me. I am an open book, but I know some don't like to let the world know everything.

I look forward to any answers- and if guys feel inclined to share, please do.

Love and Kisses,

Miss Jamie Love

Crossfit or pick up some iron.

Women that are soft and hard make me hard.

I agree a woman with some muscle and some curves is the ideal woman for me but I like variety so it helps to have an open mind but I love muscle. I'd rather see a curvaceous thicker woman then a thin woman who is sagging soft just my opinion though

I definitely agree, guys. Tone, I already shared with you my story- Obviously I have always wanted to look my best. But recently I realized that I have not been giving it my all. Sure- I try to eat well, and I do get a lot of "exercise in the bedroom". ;-) But I want to be in the best shape of my life for 2014!! So I am giving it my all!! I am still in the beginning stages, so I am waking up very sore every morning, but soreness means its working, so that is exciting!! :)

I will be posting updates and photos!! :)

Ladies- no one wants to share? I guess everyone wants to keep their secrets, a secret! Hehe!

I love to get everything waxed, not just brazillian. When I did it before, it was the most amazing experience. So comfortable, and a huge confidence booster!

P.S. I like girly posts lol.

@ Allison
you have a great point and it shows in your body. I'm sure with your dancing you are very flexible which is always a great thing in your line of business lol. I also love your pale skin and your red hair which makes for a very stunning look.

Unfortunately, it's really hard for me to both lose/gain weight (I've been about 127 since I was like 16), and build muscle. My body really, really likes the way it is. I've got a few little problem areas though that I'm working really hard on, including just getting a better ass. Luckily, traditional African dance, which is what I've been doing for years, now, focuses a lot on the ass.

I have been doing Thai boxing. Gives a very good cardio workout. I also do light weights for muscle tone.

I run 20 miles a week normally, more when training for a race, 5 days strength training, and one crossfit day where I do anything else: elliptical, bike, swim, spin, Pilates, whatever.  And every 8 weeks I take a week off, it's just what works for me.  Find your own level and be consistent, you'll be amazed what your body can do!

I have never been a dancer- But I WISH my Mom would have put me in ballet instead of cheerleading. But oh well. What is a good dance class for beginners?

I love to Tan and wax too!! I only get my eyebrows waxed though! OUCH on the Brazilian!!! And I can't tan TOO MUCH because I am naturally very light, and will just look weird. I just like to have tan lines.

Alyson - I wish I had an hour glass figure. So ROCK IT girl!! I have absolutely no hips- just a little bit of love handles. LOL

I am switching it up - which does help. I do my T25 every day. I happen to love running, but can only do it on a treadmill. So with these freezing temps and all this snow- it is easier to just do home videos than go to the gym.

And then I do yoga and Pilates.

I can work on my arms and stamina while only wearing short shorts and a bra!
Also, I been trying out the squat challenge. I can't wait to see how I look like in a month!

I have wanted to try Bikram Yoga SOOO BAD! But I am so scared!!! My friend does it and wrote all these blogs about it and it is so intimidating!!!!! I think I will just stick with regular yoga for now! :)

OH and Kavita I'd LOVE to have a stripper pole, but dont think my landlord would like it very much. Maybe I should go take some of those classes.

For the next meet and greet, rent out a health club, after hours, and have all these providers attend and work out for us, while us middle aged lackeys hang out.

HOT!!!!!!!!!

I used to have this fantasy about Chris Everett after a tennis match, but I suspect most folks do not remember Chris Everett........

I really like "So, for 2014 I decided that I am going to get myself to be the very best Jamie that I can be in every single way" I made that decision a year ago and it's hard to explain how much better my life is.

If your in the city try Shred 415, it's an hour work out of treadmill and floor exercise run by hot drill sergeant types. My wife swears by it.
