During my last visit to Chicago, I had several gentleman suggest I visit the Oakbrook area. I am all for this, but my question is about when.

I have plans to visit the Chicago area again and am wondering what days of the week would you think would be best for either Oakbrook or Downtown? My instincts tell me suburbs for the weekend and Downtown for the weekdays
