Although, I've heard mention of a 'blacklist'.  I'm not sure whether it exists, or how one would access it.

 
That said, I would love it if as part of my membership, my profile would allow providers to post reviews on my performance.

 
Seems only fair.

I maybe should have enclosed "performance" in quotes.

 
What I'm referring to is having the provider rate me as a client.  For example:  Communication, hygiene, respect for them, respect for their rules, attitude, etc.
