Even though it would have chance of coming back, it's good news for now.

we always need to practice due dilligence regarding screening etc... and I do appreciate all the efforts that have been put forth in trying to find a solution to this crap.  

However, when I got on here a few weeks ago trying to come up with a solution, Mr. Wriggs here chose to address a post to me with references to a crystal ball that he has regarding law making in Springfield and make some durrogatory remarks regarding a "pimp" and a "hooker" and me living in "blagos fantasy world".... We were told that there was no way this bill would not pass!  I have a flash for you.  If anyone thinks that Daley had nothing to do with this, you are in Blago's fantasy world.  Chicago is trying to get the "National Guard" to come in and help enforce the laws they have, the City and State are broke and you think "King Richard" is going to spend all the money and resources on enforcing this Bill and then give half the money to the State, you are in Blago's fantasy world.

I would bet money that a phone call went out to Cullerton telling him to fix this problem and that other Bill was designed to do just that ..... in a politically correct way!  This bill if passed, was going to be a financial disaster for Chicago if they were to enforce it!

So, it is dead.  No doubt about that and just like the counting of votes problem in Florida as with everything else regarding politics, we will probably never know the whole truth.  One thing for sure though is that I said it would not pass and it did not..... you said it would and it didn't.  Who cares what might happen in November or January.... this is April!
