If she is 23 right now and her first review was in 2006, then this provider was around 15 when she started in the biz.

It seems like whatever the initial age in a TER review that that becomes the default.  Perhaps reviewers don't bother to change the age.  I increased the age on a provider but the default did not budge.  Of course, it appears  to be the same with all the attributes, such as cup size, ethnicity, etc... Once a value is input it does not change.

I had a review rejected (rated 9 stars). A reason for the rejection in the reply was that TER said the physical appearance of the girl did not match up. Namely, I selected her age as 30-35 while she was listed here as 20-25. The provider had reviews dating back 8 years too

You still can get exercised about that. On the flip side, I believe there are an awful lot of 49 year old guys hobbying out there.

In order to change the fields on the initial provider profile, the provider pretty much has to request, or at least support the request, to change them. No one has ever explained to me TER's logic in doing that, but it does seem to be what they do. Maybe to avoid the Wikipedia game where people vandalize other's listings?

Seems like a lot of different sites and forums that take a member's initial demographics when registering will automatically calculate and update age as time goes by.  TER seems like a place where that would be a valuable feature.

Now I can't change it or the suave guys will figure it out.

Age and photo honesty count a lot more than you think. You're in a prime age category and your photos are accurate which we very much appreciate.

It's up to the provider to change her age or a bunch of us will do it for her. This should be automated but how accurate would it be when so many lie initially about their real age?
