Some time ago I did business with a lady in Chicago who did not advertise and kept a VERY low profile.  When she had a lady coming in from out of town, she would send me a picture in the mail and tell me when.

When I got out of the hobby, I pitched her phone number (dumb).  Now that I'm back at it, I'm wondering if anyone has heard of such a person.  Or, alternatively, other low profile, high quality agencies or independents that wouldn't be caught dead with the picture on the internet - even blurred.  They don't have to be Chicago based, that just happens to be close to where I live.
