I get a call from my bank fraud section wanting to verify if I made a purchase through CCBille. Anyone else have an experience like this or is it just me. Just because I'm paranoid that doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.
It sounded an alarm because CCBill is located outside the US. If you rarely, if ever, use your CC outside the US, then that transaction appears suspiciously out of character and triggers a fraud alert. Actually it's a good thing and shows that your CC company is looking out for you.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
