I will just never understand the not calling part of canceling.  And at best you will get an answer when convenient about lost phones and dead batteries.  As a rule I avoid inconsiderate people in all walks of life as much as possible. It was within 24 hours so don't forget the full 100% cancellation fee LOL. Sorry for your inconvenience.
