Looking for a legit 18/19 year old provider....not a 25 year old claiming to be 18!!! Seems like most 18/19 year olds are really much older than they say.
To each his own in this endeavor but there is no way in Hell I would ever take that risk. There is a chance that a person could be underage and the fact that you are unaware would not be a legal excuse.
That said I would think the best way to find it is to use a agency with a good track record. I'd presume they would be screening for age. Good luck.
Lets face it, most providers lie about their age, it's just the nature of the business. Like the poster below you said, you're playing with fire risking someone being under age. My suggestion is to find a provider under 25 years old, since it's obvious you like them young in appearance. Plenty of those around, good luck
