I was apprehensive about Holly, due to the LARGE number of reviews that she has.  I admit to avoiding her because I felt that with that many reviews, she would be mechanical, and all about taking care of business.  Was I wrong!  A hobby-friend persuaded me to call her, and he was spot-on.  Holly is a crown jewel of Chicago.  She's now blonde, and her blonde, almost pixie, hair is so damn attractive.
