The "I promise to be your best client for life" statement should be a huge red flag for any provider.  Usually means "I expect a huge discount and then will never call you again".

So far, I've managed to:

1) Raised a ton of red flags
2) Failed attempt at humor

I'd say I'm off to a good start!

I know the the gents offten don't see it, because they aren't the ones receiving emails. But I'd say for every 5 appointments that I get, one of them is a "First timer, never done this before". So it doesn't necessarily automatically mean he is a cop. Not to me at least. But then again he could be, the bottom line though is- there are quite a few alternate options for screening then refrences.
