I've emailed them and no response. i have given references that i know are good and still nothing. is it normal for agencies to not want new customers?

Agencies get a LOT of emails. Maybe they just haven't gotten to yours.

Once you're verified and have seen a few girls you're in.  The problem is getting them to initially verify you.  I used them a couple of times over a year ago and lately any of my requests are now being ignored.  Must be a statute of limitations on verification status as well.

They don't want your money...Plus there are many other ladies as good or better, eager to please.

Usually they respond within 10 min.

Why don't you just opt to go with independents?

I have used them frequently, but always by phone. For the first couple of appointments, they asked for my RS2K info and called me back with an appointment within a few minutes.  Now that I have been using them for a while, they do not ask for the RS2K info any more.
