Maybe it is just me not keeping up on all the recent changes, but I have never previously had a review denied because a score was "too high".  In the past, scores were just lowered before being posted.

I tried to submit a 9/9 review of Sydney with CCG yesterday, and it was denied.  I received a long PM detailing why it was denied, with the gist being I needed to knock a point off of her performance score because the session didn't include enough of the "required elements".

I appreciate that TER is taking a firmer stand on their requirements, even if I disagree with them.  Some (but certainly not all) of the best sessions I have ever experienced would have maxed out at an 8 under their system.

Oh well.  I just wanted to pass that along as a lesson learned.

My understanding is that she has to OFFER the required number of services, not that you have to take advantage of each of them. It may depend on how you filled out the profile.
