When contacting a provider, I would give it 2 days and if she doesn't get back to you, send another email. If she still doesn't get back, I'd contact someone else.

For me personally, I always try to answer all my emails within 24 hours, and if I dont- you can bet your email is in my spam box. So I would always try to send more than one email.

As far as what to include in the email - I would GREET HER first, (you'd be surprised how many guys don't greet you they just say "Are you available") and then provide your verification information - (whether it be RS2K or references or whatever) and then give her as many details about the potential date as possible. Date, time, location, etc. Always be polite and friendly. For me your general attitude and demeanor determine a lot. You'd be surprised how some guys' just don't use common courtesy.

If she doesn't get back to you after your second email, I'd move on to another lady. You never know what could be going on. But the fact that your trying to book 6 days in advance, you're ahead of the game.

I'm curious, lets say its Sunday and you want to schedule play that following Friday, 6 days later.  You find a lovely lady you're interested in on that Sunday and you contact her, (and for the record, you've no history with her), so you send her your references along with the contact info.
How long do you wait before you move on??
Do you set a drop dead date of X?
Do you hedge your bet and also contact 2 or 3 others at the same time and go with the one the clears you first???
Now don't shoot the messenger, no providers have been harmed in the development of these questions

If she travels, please bear with her. This winter has been quite tough getting out of certain cities. I personally had to sleep in LaGuardia last nite. Try to communicate with her as to the time frame you'd like to see her within & she can figure out that after that period you will move on. I always assume the entirety of my clients are hedging their bet when they contact me.

I must drive a long distance to see a provider so I need to know for sure if the one I inquire about responds to me in time.  I have been stood up only twice, it is not fun.....

Jamie, you mentioned emails sometimes ending up in your spam folder.  I have had that happen a few times to me, where I contacted someone using their website form and a separate email, and I get no response. Then, I see them posting an ad on the board and I PM them, and I finally get a response from my PM. My point is:  don't you providers know to regularly check your spam folders?

To be honest, I rarely check my spam folder; my email contacts via my website always end up in my email inbox. I, like miss J. Love, try to return emails within a 24-hour time period.  I'd say if you don't hear back from a certain provider within 2 days, move on.  There are literally all sorts of reasons why someone couldn't get back to you within 2 days (emergencies, other business, etc), and if she didn't leave an "out of office" auto reply on, you'd never know.

I applaud you for being so far ahead of the game in trying to schedule 6 days in advance.  That says a lot.

I agree myself. I check my email all the time. I prefer that someone book 6 days in advance. There is nothing worse than having someone cancel on you whether you are a provider or a client! Good luck and have fun!

I had no idea they were there!!  Now I check it several times per week.  One was from a client who wanted a Schaumburg appointment while I was there last week.  I missed him as my jotform went to spam.  So ladies check those spam folders just in case.

Also love the booking in advance! So nice and I always do a better job with advance notice.  So much more prepared and anticipating the session!!

or text of there is a contact number.
Just say HI, I emailed you but havent heard back.

See what happens, wont hurt if there is another form of contact option.

Just a suggestion.
