I like to take a glance of the reviewers' other reviews to see a pattern.  First of, I ignore the reviews of WK or love sick puppy dogs because their reviews are inflated and full of sappy nonsense.  I also ignore the reviews of guys that seem to be bitter or women haters.

Looking at the list of other ladies reviewed allows me to see if the reviewer has similar tastes as me.  If he does, then I'll pay more attention to his review.  Also, if the narrative matches the score given, the reviewer is more credible to me.

Ugly reviews.  I feel mine are fair and honest.  I have quite a few (over 50).  All reviews are subjective, no matter who they are written by.  And over time with experience, there have probably been some changes to how I have written them.  I have given some really good.  And some really not so good.  So I just wondered how it is looked upon.  Guys, do you only read a review of someone who you want to see, or will you also browse over the reviewers' others to get a feel for they information they provide?  And ladies, I realize that if a guy has given nothing but good scores, it probably would not bother you.  But if someone has both good and bad, can that make you hesitant to see them?  

Over time I have begun to pay more attention to WHO has reviewed someone I am interested in.  Mostly, on the positive side - I pay more attention to reviewers I have found to have similar tastes and write what I consider to be accurate reviews.  As Shake... said, it is all subjective - -  but there are certain reviewers whose opinions I value more highly.  I also sometimes click on those reviewers to find out who they have seen recently to get ideas for who I may be interested in.  

Over time I think I have become "easier" with reviews but part of that is that I have become more likely do research extensively before I see someone - therefore, I am more likely to have a good fit.  I still take a flyer once in a while but do so with the knowledge that it doesn't always work out.  I've had some home runs from some unlikely places.

I try not to take it all too seriously.
