quality that will hold up under heavy use (or light use depending on how old you are - Lol), have something custom built.  They will take into account, your height, weight, and how to work out the access from underneath.   Its not my thing, but I have a friend who had all of his own bondage furniture custom made to fit him and his girlfriend. The quality is unmatched by commercial goods.
