Looks like a referral service to me. The ladies have different phone numbers.  They show a picture of Bella on RS2K.  Same picture is shown as Jessica Desire on their site. Many of their providers - Megan, Reiana are available under same or other names with other agencies.

Last but not the least, search on TER shows no reviews.  These are all red flags but if you still want to TOFTT - it's really your call.
