Do not know about Downers Grove, sorry, but here in Chicago was as much as 3 inches maybe more. My car can not get out of the garage still for about a week now but good that I have winter car to use for this kind of weather

I live just west of there and I got an extra 2 inches (that's what she said!).  Of course we are due even more tonight!

2" more on the ground when the snow stoped this morning.

We had about 2" in DuPage County, but it was light and fluffy. It just about all bew off the car within two or three bocks. On the way to Midway Airport there were a few slushy spots that slowed traffic.
