Two comments.

1. New York is its own world.
2. Every time I have read an article like this that purports to give a detailed picture of something I know a lot about, accuracy runs about 50%.

In this case you have some ladies who are feeding him information and then he/she is massaging it to produce an article that will engage and amuse his readers. Elle, or anyone else, why would you talk to a reporter? Would you just tell him the absolute honest truth, or some combination of a truth and a story that amuses or benefits you? Just guessing, but probably the latter. And then the reporter takes what he has and creates some sort of overarching narrative to hang it on.

The 25% premium for BBFS with $400 per hour ladies? Hard to imagine that is common based on what I know. And that is just the least of the confused jumble. Fun to read, though.

I was surprised by the facebook being 25% of advertizing. I have never met anyone off facebook. With facebook locked to non friend users, how does that work?
