I think there's a way to do it where it doesn't feel like a transaction, and I feel a great way to do that is to insist on gifting throughout that emotional labor. Keep her comfortable and she'll do the same. It feels less "Workey" and more mutually beneficial. Otherwise many will just put up an ad and find someone who doesn't need so much extra.
For me, that usually happens after a trust is established, and they become a regular.

She will be downtown December 18-22. 1. She is smart. You can tell by her ease in conversation. Also humble. 2. She's very pretty/beautiful. 3. She is a master at role play. I am not. That's one of the many things I admire about her.
