Hobbying for about 3 months, and here are my 4 encounters:
1. 4-hour passionate lunch date and she adamantly did not want a review---fair enough. (4 stars) 2. Waiting for another dinner date when she called to cancel due to "babysitter problems"--fair enough again. 3. Paid $150 more for 4-hour date than advertised on website; she said that her rates increased a week after I had made the arrarngements--mea culpa?? 4. Was refused a date because I had cancelled a WEEK before on a prior date, which was apparently not enough lead-time. I needed exploratory surgery for prostate cancer-(I'm OK)---no excuse I guess.
But, I'll keep on hobbying---these HAD to be aberrations.
Situations 1 and 2 are completely legit. Number 3 is "iffy.". If an appointment is made and rates go up, unless you are specificaly. notified of an increase, the original donation should have been honored. As for a week's advance notice, unless she. Planned a tour around your appointment or booked a room, 1 week should suffice.
Why not start with a shorter appointment and develop a rapport before booking longer appointments?
