Can anyone in the group recommend true 24/7 providers?
Some advertise 24/7 but get a tad gruff when called close to midnight.  Providers that are available around midnight/1am/2am on Thu/Fri/Sat would be ideal.  I understand full well that everyone likes to sleep, and don't expect to find anyone around 4am/5am/6am (that's even past my bedtime).
