Both pieces are from Rago.  It's their longline bra and their open-bottom girdle.  It's literally some of the best retro style/shape wear/lingerie I've ever owned.  

There are a few places that sell it online, but i got mine from American Shapewear.  Their size range is quite amazing as well!

Right?! it KILLS me.  like, what brilliant idiot used a picture of a very tall, very voluptuous, tattooed lady with short hair to represent a petite Asian? UGH.  I texted the number listed and asked them to remove the photo.  I doubt anything will happen, but hilarious none the less.

That is SUPER ANNOYING.  believe me... their things don't really "fit" me properly either, and i have to size strangely to make it work.  They only carry up to DD cups in all their sizes, so being a 42E, I have to size my things strangely to make things fit.  Now, your sister size is technically a 34DD.  you should give it a shot.  Their return policy is legit, and i find that getting a sister-ish size worked pretty well

34DD is a joke on me! The band is always WAY too loose and with DDD cups becoming too small very quickly (I'm already forcing myself into the 32DDD at Victoria's Secret), DD might as well be a C. Ah well, I will continue my search for sexy AND well-fitting lingerie...
