Turkey-a-la-King....

I take the bones and simmer in chicken stock, carrots and celery for 6 hours. I strain the broth and add any and all root veggies and simmer for another twenty to thirty minutes.  For each serving I put some of the leftover turkey in the bottom of the bowl and add the hot soup.. YUM!
