Had made an appointment with an agency in oakbrook.  They emailed to confirm and then told me the girl was not available 30 minutes before the appt.  I was all nervous and excited.  Boo!!

I never said THAT!  I was just saying that independents are more likely to stick to their plans and if there IS a cancellation they usually give far more notice than just a half an hour...

Well said Giselle!  My experience, as of late, with some agencies has mirrored the above.  LAte cancellations, switching ladies, etc.
