Not sure about the contact info aspect, but the laptop/PC thing is probably because the site makes heavy use of Flash, which doesn't play nice with mobile devices.
The website isn't compatible with mobile devices, which from a business standpoint is not good. almost 50% of website views are coming from mobile devices, so by not having a responsive website, they could potentially be cutting off almost 50% of their target viewership.
after being gone with illness for quite awhile I found everythings changed! and my phone, I found out when went for new battery it was obsolete, he called it a dinosaur! also windows 10 is brand new and to me not friendly!

The reason why you can't access our website from your phone is because the web maker we use hasn't upgraded its old version and the name of the maker is MOONFRUIT, as I'm sure everyone has heard of them because a lot of ladies on here use the same website maker too.
