It is wise to be cautious about propositioning a dancer while she works, but it is improbable you will be asked to leave, and essentially unthinkable you would get escorted out in handcuffs.

The problem with being the pursuer in such a circumstance is that the club itself (as opposed to the individual entertainer) almost certainly has strict rules prohibiting such activity, as it would put an otherwise profitable and legally operating business in the line of substantial liability, with no gain to the club operator. The dancers are instructed (and often threatened) against participating in such behavior. Still, individual dancers would rarely report a customer for such an activity, particularly if it was an otherwise pleasant costumer who had demonstrated some propensity to tip. Instead, if the girl was uninterested she would be more inclined to simply say as much (often citing club policy as a means of deflecting blame from herself). If a constumer happened across the wrong dancer, it's possible the dancer would initiate their removal, or if a customer remained persistent to the extent of becoming belligerent or threatening to any entertainer, they would likely also get the boot. More often, such overtures are simply met with declines. Of course, since it's a numbers game, sometimes persistence pays dividends....

The handcuff thing is impossible (unless you met a particularly open-minded dancer), as an exchange of funds and the provision of service would be required to make any arrest. A patron would simply argue that the dancer heard incorrectly, and since no act had taken place there would be no legal recourse.
