Starting in January of this year, the agency increased its 1-hour rate from 300 to 330. Now I'm seeing "special rate 360/hr (2 shots within the hour)"

That level of service used to be standard. "Special" my ass, this is blatant nickel-and-dime pricing. I have enjoyed the service from this agency in the past, but there are other options if they continue down this road.
