Lately I’ve come across several providers with published Tryst rates different than rates published on their website. In each instance, the Tryst ad rate was higher. This can’t simply be printing error. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this? If so, what do you think avolunts for this strategy? Most importantly, if you do decide to see this provider, how do you handle it?

The rates should always be the same, unless it's a a special. I think many providers are not in charge of their advertising, or maybe not their own webmasters, so when you rely on other people sometimes it's not worth it. I do everything myself. 100% independent. I do know it's not uncommon for people to pay to have other post for them & book their dates. They just want to show up.

Ask the provider... what's your rate? When you're inquiring about booking.

💋 keep it super simple.

Thanks for the reply. So you would say it’s ok to inquire about rates in an email?  I guess I was wondering if this was appropriate? I assume that it is “more” appropriate after you’ve been screened/verified, but what if you’d prefer to know the rates prior to going through that process? Still ok?

I see a discrepancy on your website from your advertisement. Can you please clarify? Thank you!

No business should be upset about anyone inquiring about the accurate information. I would never jump through hoops to get verified if it's not what's clearly stated and they refuse to provide accurate information.

Your welcome.

I would check the main website and always ask if it’s same when she travels or is the site updated etc .
Maybe it’s a mistake on her part

It’s expected and appropriate to inquire about a pricing discrepancy.

Maybe she needs to log into a PC to update her website and hasn’t gotten to it yet. Maybe she briefly raised her rates on Tryst for a tour or special occasion or because she had too many inquiries, and forgot to lower them. Hard to say.

I do my utmost to keep everything updated! But then I have calendars in three places and ads on four or five sites, it’s certainly possible to miss something.
