Most of you know me. I've ghost moderated this board behind Funtimes61 for over a year now. So I'm no stranger to you guys and you are no stranger to me. FT was part of your community and can not be replaced. He was and is a friend that I learned a lot from and respect. His leaving was a great loss for TER.
My style of moderating is to not impose my personality on a board but to allow the board to be itself. If I see too much red on the board them I'm doing too much. There will be times for heated passionate debate which I feel is healthy. I will allow apposing perspective in those cases. Everyone gets their say until it becomes personal. Then I step in tap you on the shoulder and ask that it be taken outside.
I love Sins photo theme post so much that I copied with her permission most of them and included them on the DC board. I love daily photo threads if the ladies want to do them. Just not links to websites. I'm ok with comments from the guys. It's the one place that white knights can come out of the closet. I'm ok with comments to ads on the ad board as long as they are flattering to the lady. If they are not then I remove them. It is their ad and they get one every 7 days so they are sacred.  If you have issues with a particular lady then bring the topic to this board for discussion. You can even link to her ad for reference.  The ad board is not a place for extended discussion.
Ladies if you want to start a thought provoking thread please do so but don't disguise it as an ad with links to your site and pictures. The guys will find you. Having said that it is encouraged to include your links to your site when replying to post. I know its a fine line but some have gotten really creative at skirting or trying to skirt the 7 day ad rule.
I try to enforce the board posting guidelines as I interpret them without prejudice.  I will make mistakes but will admit when I do, correct and move on. I can take criticism.
