There are several "clubs" but they tend to be targets for crime. I got a magazine from a cabbie that listed several agencies, some of which spoke english. The bellmen at most hotels are willing to help you out. I happened upon a gorgeous provider that spoke no english but ended up spending 3 nights with her!

Man, that place rocks.  As well as Rio.  Go to the termas.  Have an incredible time. Buy your protection here before you leave.  Oh, by the way...buy tissues on your way back to the airport returning home.  I guarantee you will cry like a baby leaving that place. Have a good time!!!

The termas in Sao Paolo are crap. Rio has the real beauties.

I dig Rio and have had a blast there. Been to Sao Paolo and have met women in clubs and termas and had a blast there as well. There are a variety of women in both cities.  Hopefully you will find your preference.  Have a good time!
