I've been around a few years and if I'd read the account of your recent foray into the hobby, I would have quit and never came back. Yet, many of the posts you read and the reviews too back you up. Today's hobby is full of women who want the big pay day for little or no work and they are getting them courtesy of guys that do little research and jump at the CL and BP ads looking for sex at a discount. The best providers don't pull this crap and your last sentence is the truest thing I've read today.

I started in the hobby not too long ago.  For about a year before I started I started looking at craigslist ads (before they were pulled) and backpage ads.  

There was one girl I always remembered from the ads and I had memorized her email address.  When the time came to start seeing providers, she was the first one I saw.  I liked her because she stated she was my age, so I guessed she wasn't lying about that.  We spent the first 20 minutes of our two hours talking.  Finally we got into it and started undressing while making out.  When I got her top off, she had almost no breasts.  The first thing I did after that was to feel down her panties and pray not to find a dick.  Thank god.  She was probably the sweetest girl I've been with.  Good for a first.

The second girl was from BP and and was hot looking... long blonde hair, California tan, big boobs.  I went to see her and she was the same girl in the pictures.  Too bad, though, worst. provider. ever.  Started with a covered bj and did not stop until I came in the cover after five minutes.  "It's only one pop, you know".  I'll leave out the part that before we started she took a phone call and said, "Uggh, Lee's early again."  During the bj she asked me if I could leave right after I came.

The third was the first time I heard a fake moan.

The fourth was pretty good.  Her room smelled like pot but she said it was incense.

The fifth was and Asian apartment.  So was the sixth, seventh, and eighth.  Nice pretty girls but they couldn't speak English.

After that I started reading the TER boards and saw two of them.  Two of the best experiences I've had.  If you're a provider reading this, assume it was you and thank you for being good at what you do.  You "real providers" are saving "real guys" from everything above.

My first experiences were also before I discovered TER. This is despite my being the king of online forums as I belong to many. For some reason I don't think TER comes up high in the google searches.
