I brought this up in a post a few years back, and never had the opportunity to indulge as I am in and out of the hobby as time permits.

I am looking for a provider who can help me with something that might seem a little bent, a smoking fetish with long nails. Starting out our date with some drinks, her smoking would begin. Specifically 100 or 120 Marlboro Lights, Misty's, or More's. All a solid color, no corks. E-cigarettes or vaping would be just fine as well. As the date continues, so would the smoking, through kissing, foreplay, sex, afterglow, and then repeating performances. At the end I'd have to shower and clean-up, but this is something that has been stuck in my mind recently.

In the days of health conscious people, no-smoking in public spaces, and non-smoking hotels as the standard, am I off my rocker?

even many apt buildings are now non-smoking to the point where you can't even do it on the balcony of your own rental space.  Doesn't bother me because I don't smoke but for those that do, nowadays smoking fetishes are a tall order

I would be game to smoke for you. Im in Chicago often and i stay in a upscale hotel that allows smoking, i stopped hosting for personal reasons and only provide outcall but if needed i could make an exception for you.
