do you prefer real or fake boobs?  

If you do get fake boobs, make sure they go well with your body.  Ask for recommendations on plastic surgeons.  Some of the boob jobs done on porn stars make me shake my head.

my usual answer to this question is "real". I did take the time to view your pictures on your website as well as read your reviews so I could answer your question as it relates to specifically to you...I would still say "real". They look great and there were no references to your tits sagging or anything negative in that area.

And I couldn't be happier! I say go for it if that's what you really want to do regardless of opinions.  I am wondering though, since I only had a lift (no implants) are my boobs now considered "fake" since I had them done (lifted)?

I wouldn't consider them fake...

There's nothing wrong with it if you want to, but so many do and there's an ever-dwindling number of real ones left. From your photos yours look just fine.
