I was as you described, new to the industry, no reviews, no internet presence and I was quite busy all the time.

My suggestion would be to consider advertising on RS2K. Many think it's a reputable, trustworthy site.  
Another thought....  Have you tried asking the clients you have seen to write a review for you?

Your time.  Just post, not looking for business just participating.  Get VIP so you can use private messaging.  Show off your personality and the right men will be attracted to it. I met my absolute best friend on here during my first few weeks. Then some people will see you and enough will review you.  

You're an escort, right?  You big selling point is your personality, so give out some samples.

Email/Contact them! They will help you make a profile without reviews. But you have to go the extra mile to show proof of who you are.  

I worked for 8 months until I got my first review, I had a lot of business starting. Men will still see you unreviewed, a lot of men could careless about reviews. I got a bad one and still had the same amount or calls.....good ones. If a man wants to see you HE WILL! No matter, no review. Thats how I found out reviews are crap...There is a provider up here that gets the worst reviews sometimes and others are the best.... yet she keeps getting them....because men want her.

speaking from my point of view being new at the hobby i am just plain scared of getting in trouble so i wont see anyone unless i can find info on them on more than one site im just paranoid i guess and being from rockford we dont have the selection of providers like the chicago area and my situation dosent allow me to travel so unreviewed i just cant take a chance which is why i paid for the p411 but even then everyone wants 2oks so not sure if that was a waste of money or not so i see where u are coming from good luck

Before established members of the TER community are willing to take a chance.  

I've been around for a long time, but I was gone for several years and just returned about 6 months ago.  Although I was contacted by several of my old friends, NO ONE took a chance on me until I came on TER and posted a low-low "special" on the Ad Board.  Bing-Bang-Boom!  I met with a few people (both old acquaintances and new) and most of them reviewed me within a WEEK.  

Then I was off and running. That was actually my last-ditch effort: if no one had bitten, I was going to quietly fade back into obscurity.  

Not saying you need to do that, I'm just saying that's what worked for me.
