Is it me of has the talent in our great city been dwindling? Recent saw a local provider that had great marks, but was a huge disappointment. I remember the days when every week there would be tons of talent running through our city.

Plenty out there, you just have to work harder. Some agencies are easier to work with versus others want too much personal info. Cost is all over the place but you can find what fits your budget. For independents get to know the sites and learn how to avoid the scams and pimps. Careful even with TER reviews. I’ve come across several rob situations. But there are many stars out there of every age, shape, attitude. A lot of fun can still be had, you just have to work through all the barriers until you can schedule with your gem.
Agreed, for me not much has changed.
Still have my go to agency's (CCG and MA) open and also seeing my regular 120lb milf hottie!
However, please STAY SAFE out there everyone, we are all still in grave danger until the pandemic is over...

and many states including ours is on stay at home order and with that many hotels have closed for now since travel is not considered essential services at this point.
Once the stay at home order lifts and hotels begin to reopen I am sure things will start to slowly return to normal. But right now to travel out of state to put their lives in potential danger would not necessarily be the best move for most right now. Not trying to be a smart ass, but really, is getting your dick sucked more important then someone's potential health risk at this point?
Not sure if you've heard, but 7.6 billion people were put on lockdown during the past couple of months to which the death toll in the Us is now 82,485 (confirmed deaths,)... 290,000 confirmed deaths worldwide and counting
There have 4.23 Million confirmed cases worldwide so far, 1.39 Million of those in the US.
While many have recovered, many have died and it is still spreading and is contagious.
While some do feel they have to work, which most of us understand, a lot of us are not. Even many who feel they need to. People in our industry are taking this VERY seriously and while we are discreet, we take health and safety seriously. This isn't an STD, this is a disease that's spreading like wildfire.
You're worried about talent. The people you are talking about "not having talent" are probably people who feel they have no choice but to work under these dangerous contagious, and sometimes deadly conditions. I wish you would be a little more thoughtful of that, and I hope you are tipping them VERY well and treating them with love and compassion... not making them feel even worse.

Its just so funny to read some of the stuff these people write when they think they are more intelligent and more virtuous than all others and they get on their high horse and preach a sermon (with such passion!, lol). Not really the home of rational thought, is it? I understand that hey are emotional and feel strongly, but many are misinformed and conform to group thought. Its like they have a pent up desire to scold someone, probably originating from being scorned by an ex.
I don't claim to be educated in these matters... these matters are split 50/50. They are split opinions even in the big shots running all of this.
This conversation started out with an explanation (with some sarcasm lol) as to why a lot of the talent isn't working, and it is to keep not only ourselves safe, but also other people safe.
I then got called a crazy liberal or something like that LOL.
I don't personally go around yelling at people for being on this side or that, but I do consider it when deciding whether or not I want to be around the person.
There is a big difference between going back to work and doing a job where you can wash your hands, social distance, and wear masks for a disease that is spread via droplets versus doing a job where you are in close contact - even if you're not kissing - exposed to droplets... and let's get real, based on my experience, most will not see us if kissing is not involved... and the pressure will be sky high to do so in person, even if the provider is uncomfortable.
(Airborne requires a different type of isolation/masks vs droplets I believe...)
While I don't claim to know much, I have done my reading so I can rationalize somewhat and do my own risk assessment, which I believe other people have as well. I'm not going to expose myself liberally simply because I am afraid to be called stupid, and I don't think a lot of others will either, lol.
I will add: in some countries where this is legal, providers are being fined up to 20,000 for working during this time.

Seems like providers have been reluctant to come back to TER ever since TER blocked services in the U.S. The pandemic screwed things up for a long time. I know what you mean though, there were many providers who would tour in Chicago. It was like being a kid in a candy store. I wouldn't let a week go by without looking on TER.
