Anyone ever heard of High Class Chicago?  I saw an ad that intrigued me, but I can't find the provider or the agency on TER.

Well first, they tell you they're high class...  Then I looked at the site and saw that "Credit Cards EXCEPTED" for an additional 20% charge.
