Recently started this new "hobby" and I have only been able to see one girl in 3 months. I call the numbers posted on here, BP, cityvibe, etc. and none of them ever pick up. I have made several phone calls every other Friday since November and even leave a voicemail, never hearing back from them. Is there some trick or something? Is there a reason anyone can think of?

staying off BP and deal with more of the "professional" ladies.  In the past, long ago past, I had the same outcome as you and therefore, now call only those ladies that advertise on the boards you mentioned if they are reviewed, or are recommended by one of our distinguished gents.

Have you visited the FAQ for Newbies page? There's lots of good informatiom on getting started in them. Some excellent advice comes from Chicago members, especially Sinful Sinthia. She is a font of knowledge.

To get the most out of any hobby, read and learn. For our hobby, this is the best place, not Cityvibe and certainly not BP.

I used to use backpage, but not any more.  When I did, they almost always picked up, and if I left a message, they always called back.

What are you doing wrong?  Maybe

1) Are you saying the words "sex" and "money" in your voicemail?
2) Are you blocking your number?
3) Is your caller id 911?

As others said, if you go with a BP girl, at least go with one with reviews.
