I would have  stayed another night . I once was a FL member of a topless area but it made was never made legal private or otherwise.It made  one very serious supporter busted . In another part of New York some years ago, they did make it legal but I don't know if it is still approved. '

Back in FL I can remember suntanning with a girlfriend back in the 70's and she saw someone in the wooded area masturbating . It was intimidating perhaps it was never made legal due to actions such as this ,or fear someone who can get out of control. If it were allowed my bet is no police would look out for a womans safety. But if it were his job would sure be fun

I think NYC still allow topless in some part of NYC public places
SF city even allow nudity and has no Laws to fine anyone.
Cancun & Rivera Maya it's allowed on all of their Beaches and lots of Europeans, and South Americans like Brazalian and Argentinians Woman's come their and tan topless like nothing special.
