It happens more than you'd think, because most of the time the providers keep their connection secret.  In those cases, the sisters won't do doubles with each other and don't want to be asked/bothered about it.  

I've personally known/seen several situations like this and it's usually the twins (identical or not) that publicize their familial relationship; because they WILL offer duos and naturally there's a big premium for that.   There was this one Mother/Daughter duo I heard about, though, but I didn't even wanna look at their ad or site.  

A long time ago, there was an identical-twin duo who toured and I heard alot about them through the grapevine: they had various menu options and accompanying rates as they would -ahem- fully interact with each other..... but that was quite expensive compared to their other services.  

So if you decide to offer duos with your sister, I'd suggest being very clear about what is and ISN'T available.
