Not sure if it's a legal issue or just a courtesy, but basically, if a lady doesn't put any information on the internet, it kind of implies that she doesn't want her information on the internet.  Also providers can delist themselves at any time.

On the other hand, those of us who put our information out there are fair game.

Street girls are just that street girls and I doubt if some of them even use the internet.
Some may even be druggies and homeless.
