I notice in reviews that providers will occasionally offer specials.  I occasionally see providers, but only at regular website donations.  Can somebody tell me typically were specials are announced when offered by a provider?  I would think that would be on this board or on the providers website, but I can't seem to ever find any.  I'm not looking for a hand out, but if there is a different time or different day I can see a provider at a reduced donation..why not?
