How to treat a sex worker

I remembered when I first started (fs lingerie modeling/massage). I was always amazed at how often you had to almost FORCE some guys to take a shower before a massage...some people really do have bad hygiene habits, and think it's ok to subject other providing intimate service to have to deal with it. :-/ Certainly that is not something I deal with now though...

Are there really people out there who stink and are inconsiderate solely because no one has told them those are bad things? Maybe if you are seeing very young clients?
I think the stuff on boundaries is much more interesting because the whole illusion is that these boundaries do not exist (shall we call it the romantic illusion or perhaps the ignored E in GFE?), so everyone needs to be reminded of the boundaries and that seems best done if it does not shatter the illusion.
