I know there was some posts about what you do if you see a provider in a store or a restaurant and there was some great advice on not approaching because you don't know there situation and don't want to embarrass them. I know the suburb I work in has a lot of provider activity being hosted as I have frequented more than a few so I am starting to get the idea of where the preferred spots are. I know they are working women so I find myself when I am in restaurants or stores in this area I have a tendency to people watch. I catch myself not just quickly scanning hot women, well, because they are beautiful but also trying to determine if I have seen them in an ad on TER, BP, RS2K, Cityvibe, etc. I don't stare, because that would be creepy. I guess I am not sure what happens in my mind if I recognize someone I have seen or recognize them from a provider ad. I am really just curious if I am the only one scanning faces for this reason. I guess the real reason is that I have met some very ultra cool and nice providers and am curious if they are really like that in normal life or just doing a job. I don't know how I could tell that by a few seconds if they walked by me at Starbucks but nonetheless that is my story and I am sticking to it.

Other guys have mentioned that they wonder the same, even conclude a girl MUST be a provider based on how she looks, alone.  
Providers sometimes think the same when they see certain men on the streets, guessing they might be *that type* many girls can sense that.  
I can sniff out the girls who are strippers, escorts and even the girls who are simply attention whores, being involved in the sex industry so long.  Then there are those who might be any of the above who will fool you and are completely low-key, Plain Janes when they venture out into the real world.  No glam hairdos or make up, no photoshop, no skin tight clothes and high heels, but knock around sweats and well-worn sneakers, tattered hair and bi-focals.  Now you can assume everyone could be a provider with that being said, huh? LOL

Yes, some are very cool in the biz and in real life, but I wouldn't count on that being the case for all.  For some its a job and secret life that nobody outside the hobby knows about and they'd like to keep it that way. The last thing they'd want is to be approached and/or recognized by a hobbyist outside of the bedroom.

Be careful with those laser beam stares.
